What Makes Mumtaz Chicken Unique?
- Creamy & Rich: Yogurt or cream (or both) provide a luxurious texture and a subtle tang that balances the other flavors.
- Warm Spices: An aromatic blend of spices like coriander, turmeric, cumin, and garam masala creates a warm, inviting fragrance.
- Nutty Depth: Often, almonds or cashews are used, either ground or whole, adding richness and a delightful textural contrast.
- A Touch of Sweetness: A hint of sweetness, sometimes from raisins or tomatoes, adds another layer of complexity.
- Tender Chicken: The chicken pieces are cooked until perfectly tender, absorbing all the delicious flavors of the sauce.
