Cheesy Avocado Sandwich
Ingredients
1/2 slice of avocado (mashed)
1/2 cup cream cheese
Chopped onions 1/4 cup
Chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup
Pinch of red chilli flakes and oregano
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
Slice of bread
Garlic and herb butter
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Cheese slice
Method
In a bowl add mashed avocado, cream cheese, onions, tomatoes, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and mix everything well.
Heat a pan or grill pan over medium heat. Brush both sides of the bread slices with garlic and herb butter.
Place one bread slice. Layer with Avocado mix and cheese slice.
Top with the other bread slice, buttered side facing out.
Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Slice in half and enjoy!
