Mutton Bhuna, a symphony of tender mutton slow-cooked in a rich, spiced gravy, is a cornerstone of South Asian cuisine.Unlike its close cousin, the creamy korma, Bhuna boasts a drier texture, allowing the deep flavors of the spices to truly shine.

The beauty of Mutton Bhuna lies in its deceptive simplicity. Key ingredients like onions, ginger, garlic, and tomatoes form the base, but the magic unfolds with the fragrant blend of spices. Cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala create a symphony of warmth, depth, and a touch of heat.
